After visiting different parts of Africa over the years and seeing the great need which at times can seem overwhelming, we felt providing footwear was an area we could make a difference. In 2015 this simple yet necessary project was launched and within a week we had raised enough money to be able to provide over 120 pairs of flip flops to children in Africa.

The project is simple for around £1 or $1.50 we can buy a child a pair of much needed flip flops, as they are light it is very easy for us to take many pairs with us on each trip we take, or at times purchase them once we arrive. Because the item is so cheap all it means is someone sacrificing a coffee and 2 or 3 pairs of flip flops are provided.
